At Oolagold Collections, we want you to love every item you purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items under the guidelines below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • It is in its original condition
  • It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or damage
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are still intact
  • The return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your preference)

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  1. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide a clear description (and photos if necessary).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using the provided return address.
  4. After the item is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
  1. Refund Options

You may choose one of the following:

  • Store Credit (fastest processing)
  • Exchange for another size or item
  • Cash Refund (processed to the original payment method)

Refund Processing Time:
Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • If we made an error, we will cover all return shipping fees.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos as proof.
  • We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

  1. Non-Returnable Situations

We will not accept returns if:

  • The item shows signs of wear
  • The tags are removed
  • The item is damaged due to customer handling
  • The return request is made after the return window closes
